Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to work in a primary care office, primarily assigned to one doctor. This role involves rooming patients, preparing charts, supporting back office functions, and providing vital checks. You will also be responsible for medical reconciliation, preparing charts prior to patient visits, prepping orthopedic injections, and preparing patient rooms.

You will work in a primary care office with a consistent team and physician, avoiding frequent floating or changes. The shift is Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month. Saturday shifts are from 8 am to 12 pm. Weekday shifts align with the physician's schedule for a total of 40 hours per week. Two days will require working until 6 pm, with shorter shifts on the following days. Arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of your shift. Typical schedule: Monday 8 am - 6 pm, Tuesday 8 am - 2:30 pm, Wednesday 8 am - 6 pm, Thursday 8 am - 2:30 pm, and Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm. You will see 15-20+ patients on an average day, with appointment durations of 20 and 40 minutes.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00
