Job Title: Medical Assistant
Job Description

The Medical Assistant will support a local community clinic. Responsibilities include rooming patients, checking vitals, updating electronic records, and assisting the physician with administrative duties such as scheduling and verifying insurances. Additional duties include recording patient information, sterilizing and cleaning rooms, and managing the inventory of medical supplies.

The work environment is a clinic setting located on 14th St outside of Lake Merritt. The shift is from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM. You will be working with a team dedicated to uplifting the community and providing services to those in need who cannot afford healthcare services.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00
