Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant for our back office in a primary care setting. This role involves working closely with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care. Clinic is in Santa Clarita and making $22-$23/hr.
ResponsibilitiesCheck patient vitals and record them accurately.Prepare examination rooms for patient visits.Assist with patient intake and collect necessary medical information.Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their questions.Utilize medical terminology appropriately in all communications.Support healthcare providers with various medical tasks.Essential SkillsProficiency in checking vitals and prepping rooms.Strong understanding of medical terminology.Experience in patient care and customer service.Effective communication skills.Punctuality and reliability.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual abilities are highly desirable.Work Environment
This is a fast-paced work environment where you will be floating between departments. Self-sufficiency, determination, and proactivity are essential for success in this role.
