Experience Required
Responsible for setting up the patient in the exam room Perform and Document:Vital signs (manual BPs), EKGs, Reconciliation of medicationsReason for visit, health care concernInterview/Discuss with patient changes in patient’s health since the last visitAssist the provider with minor surgical proceduresPrepare appropriate medications for injectionsResponsible for phone messages, faxes, and Medical Reception responsibilities as neededKnowledge of medical insurance terminology, computer skills for scheduling, and familiarity with general office procedures and equipment

License/Certification Requirements
Medical Assistant Certificate (Certified)
