We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We see a verity of work-related injuries, provide surveillance testing and employment physical to ensure the health of employees across the nation.
Some duties could include:
Assist in patient assessments and intake procedures. Appropriately documents information obtained.
Perform clinical tasks including blood draws, injections, PFT and audiometric testing.
Become certified to perform DOT drug screen and breath alcohol testing.
Administers vaccinations and TB skin test.
Engages and helps promote patient education as appropriate
Assist with administrative task including scheduling appointments, reporting out results.
What’s Required:
CREDENTIALED MEDICAL ASSISTANT
High school graduate or GED equivalent is preferredCredentialed as a Medical Assistant from an approved Munson Healthcare Credentialing Organization.BLS certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained.
