Position: Clinical Support Associate ( Medical Assistant EMT or LPN )
Location: D.N. Greenwald Center, Mukwonago, WI
Schedule: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Monday through Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

As a Clinical Support Associate (CSA) at ProHealth Care, your primary responsibilities include:
Patient Preparation: Preparing exam rooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies, materials, and instruments.
Patient Interaction: Rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and recording health histories.
Documentation: Ensuring accurate and timely entry of information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Clinical Assistance: Assisting healthcare providers with procedures, administering medications and vaccinations, performing therapeutic treatments, health screenings, specimen collection, and Point of Care testing.
Patient Communication: Answering patient calls, providing medical information, reporting test results, and educating patients as directed by providers.
Maintenance: Cleaning exam rooms after each patient visit and maintaining sufficient stock of supplies.
Flexibility: Floating to other departments or clinic locations as assigned by ProHealth Medical Group (PHMG) Leadership.
These duties are designed to support the comfort and well-being of patients while ensuring efficient clinic operations.
