The Santa Monica Hospital is seeking to hire a full-time Medical Assistant III to join the Orthopaedic Surgery Department. You will provide clinical and technical support assisting the physicians in the provision of medical care to patients. Primary duties include:

Interviewing patients, take vital signs, room patients for providers, and record services in patients’ charts Updating and verifying patients’ medical history Assisting in cast, braces, and splint application and removal Providing basic DME fitting, ultrasound, or other procedure set up and support Rooming and discharging of patients Appointment scheduling

Required to float to all UCLA Orthopaedic Surgery Clinics as needed.

Salary Range: $28.06/hr – $37.02
