LPN - Urology Clinic Pay: $25 - 31/hour w/ benefits Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LPN and/or Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for rooming patients, assisting providers, running urine specimens, cleaning equipment, and possibly answering phones. This role is essential in ensuring smooth clinic operations and providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities + Rooming patients and preparing them for their appointments + Assisting providers during examinations and procedures + Running urine specimens and ensuring accurate results + Cleaning and maintaining medical equipment + Answering phones and managing patient inquiries as needed Essential Skills + Proficiency in medical assisting + Medical Assistant Diploma or completion of a state-approved Emergency Medical Technician course + Eligibility for Medical Assistant Certification or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certification + Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Work Environment This role is based in a urology clinic primarily located in St. Louis Park, with the potential need to float to the Burnsville location as required (likely once a month or more). The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm. Typically, the position involves 2-3 days of training to ensure familiarity with clinic operations.
