About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at one of our Springfield/Eugene locations. The position has an expectation of 40hrs per week and we are proud to offer attractive pay and a great benefits package.
What will you do:
Prepare patient for examinations, procedures, and treatments by obtaining vital signs; obtaining, evaluating, and recording patient history; and updating medication and immunization records. Prepare and maintain examination and treatment areas, ensuring adequate inventories of supplies and equipment to maintain efficient patient flow.Assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments. Prepare and administer injections and immunizations as directed by physician/provider.Receive, organize, prioritize, store, and maintain transmittable information utilizing electronic technology.Collect and process specimens, screen and follow up on test results. Perform CLIA-waived tests.Perform instrument sterilization.Assist with maintaining medical supplies and onsite inventory.Maintain and update patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems. RequirementsWhat do you need to bring to the role:
Education/Experience: Minimum of one year of clinical support experience with experience in obtaining accurate patient vitals, medical injections, and assisting with procedures/NSTs OR a Medical Assistant Certification.Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA required.Competencies that matter to us:
