A Medical Assistant at Munson Healthcare provides clinical and /or administrative support in an Ambulatory Practice or Clinic including, rooming and preparing patients according to clinic specific checklists or procedures, completing required patient care documentation including medical histories, answering phones, and greeting patients. What’s Required: Experience/Education Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program approved by Munson Healthcare OR 1-year relevant experience working in a physician practice or similar healthcare setting in a provider/patient support role. Basic Life Support Certification preferred or must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained. Experience with EHR is preferred.
