As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care while fostering strong relationships with patients. You will assist with routine lab operations, perform essential procedures, and collaborate closely with providers to ensure the highest standard of care. Responsibilities Include:\n

Performing manual vitals and routine blood draws\n

Administering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider\n

Maintaining and monitoring lab equipment, ensuring proper documentation of lab results and quality controls\n

Managing in-house labs or preparing specimens for external labs, ensuring accurate order tracking\n

Conducting weekly inventory and assisting with supply ordering\n

Providing support with front desk duties as needed\n

Demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude when interacting with patients and team members\n

Requirements:\n

High School diploma or GED (proof required)\n

Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification (preferred)\n

Minimum of 3 months of relevant medical assistant or phlebotomy experience OR documented completion of 180 hours of externship\n

Ability to perform venipuncture and intramuscular\/subcutaneous injections\n

Criminal background check required\n

Available Work Hours:\n

Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM\n

Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM\n

Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM\n

Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM\n

Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM\n

Up to 4 Saturdays a month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (with Monday or Wednesday off when working a Saturday)\n
