We offer two weeks paid training and great benefits! Training for this position will be in Edmond with Travel Accommodations paid for and mileage reimbursement, with daily meal allowance to be reimbursed. Training is paid. \n

No MA Certification or License required. 2 full weeks of paid training.\n

A Medical Assistant is responsible for providing treatment to the patients and creating a positive relationship with the patients. They will also have day to day lab operations that must be taken care of with knowledge and precision. Must be flexible with late hours, some weekends, friendly attitude, and enjoys interacting with providers and patients. Applicant needs to have some experience with computer skills. Our goal is to provide excellent care with exceptional patient encounters that starts with you!\n

Responsibilities\n\nPerform manual vitals.\nPerform routine blood draws.\nAdministering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections per the provider's request.\nMaintain lab equipment, documentation of all lab results and quality controls.\nRuns labs in-house or having them ready to be run at another facility with proper labs ordered for each patient.\nWeekly inventory, ordering, and communication among others.\nHelps assist the front desk duties when needed.\nStrong work ethic.\nReliable and dependable.\nSelf-starter and able to work well on a team.\n\n

Requirements\/Certifications\n\nPhysical proof of High School diploma or GED Required\nMedical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferred.\nMust have a minimum of 3 months relevant work experience as a medical assistant or phlebotomist in a medical setting or documented completion of 180 extern hours.\n\n\nAbility to perform venipuncture and intramuscular\/subcutaneous injections, preferred.\n\n\nPass a criminal Background check.\nRequired Availability M 8-5, T 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5 and up to 3 Saturdays a month 8a-12p (When working a Saturday you will have a weekday off) \n\n
