Responsible for Medical Assistant new-employee orientation, preparation of training materials, coordination of staff training, and skills evaluation of HFM Medical Assistants. **Salary Range:** $18.50 - $24.23 an hour _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Education: Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program, preferred. 2. Experience: Two years in ambulatory clinic setting required. 3. License/Certification Required: MA certification preferred; American Heart Association BLS 4. Skills (to include equipment, software, etc.): Effective interpersonal communication and problem solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with others. Proven employment record as self-starter with a high level of energy, with attention to detail and follow-up. Ability to demonstrate positive mentoring and employee coaching skills.
