Education
Minimum Associate’s Degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the specified level of the position.
Related Experience
Minimum Two years of experience or training in a medical office or similar setting; leadership experience.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum: Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to type minimum of 30 words per minute. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to comfortably interact with diverse populations; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a strong customer-service orientation, ability to handle patient and organizational information in a confidential manner. Good problem solving skills. Ability to handle high volume and remain organized and composed. Ability to work in team-oriented environment that embraces trust. Ability to challenge established methods in a constructive manner to lead team members through a lean approach to rethink work processes.
