Job Title: Medical Assistant

Job Description

As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including checking in and checking out patients, verifying insurance, rooming patients, scribing, ordering labs, relaying lab results, refilling supplies, conducting flu tests, and taking manual blood pressure. You will work closely with both pediatric and geriatric patients in a primary and urgent care clinic environment.

You will be working onsite at a clinic that provides both primary and urgent care services, with a focus on pediatric and geriatric patients. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:50 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekend work. You will be notified at least a week in advance for any weekend shifts. The clinic offers a supportive and engaging work environment with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, holiday pay, and opportunities for pay raises based on performance. Additionally, you will receive 9 paid holidays and 15 days of PTO upon permanent employment, with the opportunity to earn additional PTO tokens for exceptional performance. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
