Job Description

Here, we will have the opportunity to work in an elite clinical environment, ensuring subject safety and providing outstanding medical care!

Act as subject safety contact for study subjects in the Clinic. Provide basic medical care to study subjects.

Monitor and record Adverse Events (AEs). Reviews active AEs before dosing to ensure subject safety. Seeks additional guidance if needed.May perform technical procedures including blood collection, vital signs, and ECGs.Assesses out of range values for symptomology and may medically intervene should study subject's safety be in question.May perform forms of dosing including oral, inhalation, and nasal.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High diploma or equivalent experience (GED)Texas Certified or licensed EMT/LVN and American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.Previous experience comparable to 2 years in a clinical setting. Mix of education, training, and experience can meet the role's requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong skills in scope of practice including Basic Life Supportattention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills in a professional and credible mannerAbility to lead multiple tasks and potential emergency medical situations

Working Conditions and Environment:Exposure to biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organismsMay require varied working hours, 12 hour shifts

Physical Requirements:Frequently stands, twists waist, squats, and bends neck for 4-6 hours per day.Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.Moderate lifting of 15-30 lbs. with a maximum lift of 35 lbs.
