Duties: + Accurately assess and address inquiries related to authorizations, eligibility, benefits, and programs. + Resolve administrative issues and discrepancies through research and review. + Maintain detailed records of interactions and preferences within online database. + Consistently deliver professional and courteous service to all customers. + Adhere to strict privacy regulations and protect patient health information. + Think critically, solve problems effectively, and follow established procedures. + Meet department productivity and performance goals, including regular attendance. + Participate in training, development opportunities, and flexible assignments. + Responsible for general aspects of billing and payment collection.
