This role involves efficiently handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate self-pay price quotes and estimates, and promptly resolving patient inquiries through informed decisions and coordinated efforts. A Day In The Role: + Contacting patients to discuss their billing statements, outstanding balances, and payment options. + Answering patient inquiries regarding their bills and insurance coverage. + Providing clear explanations of charges and payment plans. + Explanation of Benefits (EOBs): + Reviewing EOBs to understand how insurance claims were processed. + Explaining EOB details to patients, including what services were covered, the amounts paid by insurance, and the patient's financial responsibility Work Environment: This position sits in our corporate office in Melville, New York.
