Description We are seeking a Medical Billing Specialist with proven expertise in Epic Resolute to support a short-term project for our healthcare client. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills in medical billing and revenue cycle management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Perform timely and accurate medical billing tasks using Epic Resolute. + Review and resolve billing errors, rejections, and denials through precise claim adjustments. + Ensure compliance with billing policies, payer requirements, and healthcare regulations. + Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with payers to expedite reimbursement. + Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve billing workflows and resolve discrepancies. Requirements + Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting. + Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute medical billing software. + Strong understanding of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS) and healthcare compliance standards. + Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills. + Ability to meet deadlines while working both independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: + Certification in medical billing, such as Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC). + Familiarity with revenue cycle management processes, including collections and accounts receivable workflows. + Knowledge of payer-specific billing requirements and insurance plans.
