Description Are you detail-oriented with in-depth claims knowledge and experience in Medicare/Medi-Cal processes? We’re looking for a Senior Claims Examiner to join our team! In this role, you will evaluate and process routine to moderately complex insurance claims while ensuring eligibility requirements are met and appropriate documentation is maintained. If you’re passionate about accuracy, providing excellent service, and managing multiple priorities, this might be the perfect opportunity for you! + Strong knowledge of medical terminology, and proficiency in CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding systems, ensuring claims are accurately processed. + A minimum of 3 years of claims processing experience in a Medicare/Medi-Cal environment is essential. + Proficient in commonly used computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. + Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Requirements + Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. + Educational background: High school diploma (or GED) required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
