The PositionPosition objective
Leads, develops and ensures the execution of medical relationship strategies across specific oncology ecosystems, liaising between these Institutions and Medical Experts in order to Improve the Patient Journey and guarantee Access to the best possible treatments. Gathers best practices and insights learned from related squads and articulates in an actionable way. Engages continuously with MEPs, PJPs, HSPs and other functional areas, about Medical strategy definition, monitoring and revision, identifying common needs and opportunities for synergy. Strategically engage with Roche regional and global functions and communities.
The Position
Be an expert on the end-to-end Patient Journey to identify and capitalize on opportunities of improvement and optimization. Also should have a deep understanding about the TA, pathology, treatments and pipeline.
Focuses on identifying insights related to institutional WOWs, patient journey, treatment protocols and RWE. Shares such insights with squats and the rest of the medical team.
Cocreates and develops CME (Continuos Medical Educational) Programs
Identifies needs related to Local Data Generation and fosters RWE, Local Clinical Studies and publications
Becomes an ambassador within the institutions to develop partnerships in the medical field
Ensures excellent execution of oncology related Patient Journey optimization action plans.
Advises about medical strategy definition, monitoring and revising processes in order to shape the environment towards Roche vision.
Reports insights, interactions and activities in Epicx. Achieves pre-set goals.

Expertise in Medical technical skills and their application in different ecosystems in pursuit of the defined purpose and strategies.

Background
Healthcare related academic degree
Effective, agile, fit-for-purpose leadership of cross-functional teams.
Significant Medical pharmaceutical experience. Additional experience highly relevant including product management, access, and / or customer facing roles with accountability for delivering results.
Good knowledge of Compliance procedures and guidelines.
Desirable 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the areas of Oncology or Immunology.
Desired experience as clinical doctor with education in Clinical Research topics. Statistics education.
Education on topics relevant to the pharmaceutical industry (regulatory affairs, Real World Evidence (RWE), strategy.
Fluent English/Spanish language.
