Responsibilities:
??? Communicate directly with patients regarding their financial responsibility from services
at customer sites.
??? Document all calls timely and accurately in the patients??? account in the billing system
??? Establish payment arrangements per company policy
??? Manage outstanding self-pay accounts and status for management
??? Assist with other billing/collection duties, as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
Associate degree or equivalent education in a related field
Experience with billing and collections software systems
Problem-solving skills to address billing and collection discrepancies
Ability to adapt to evolving industry guidelines and company policies

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing/collections
Understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and denial codes
Proficient customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with independent prioritization abilities
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
