About the position: We are hiring entry level medical/patient schedulers that would like to gain entry into the medical administration field. You will learn how to answer calls from patients (and referring physicians), schedule new patient appointments, follow up consultations, schedule surgeries, and regular medical maintenance appointments. Applicants are provided paid HIPAA training, OSHA and state privacy laws. Applicants will learn how to collect, scan and upload patient insurance and personal info as well as medical records. Work closely with physicians, ophthalmologist, optometrist, nurses and other medical professionals.
