HIRING ENTRY LEVEL MEDICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLERS IN BOULDER, CO

PAY/SHIFTS:

2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 2:40pm - 10:45pm, $19.50hr3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:40pm - 6:45am, $21.00hr

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assemble medical devices according to company standards and specifications.Ensure accuracy and quality of assembled products by following standard operating procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficient production.Operate machinery and tools required for the assembly process.Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.Troubleshoot and identify any issues or defects in the assembly process.Communicate any production issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.Meet production goals and deadlines set by the company.Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and productivity in the assembly process.Train and mentor new employees on assembly procedures and techniques.Maintain accurate and detailed production records.Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production flow.Comply with all company policies and procedures.Represent the company in a professional manner and contribute to a positive work culture.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be comfortable and willing to work in a clean room environmentMust be able to stand during an 8 hour shiftMust have hand-eye coordination and be able to work with small parts

As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process of our life-saving medical devices. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in producing high-quality products.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
