Job Description
This position is responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices primarily in a clean room environment. The role involves the formulation of polymers and spray coating formulations, the production of medical devices using a microscope, and the operation of various equipment and machinery.
Pay:
1st shift: $22-26, 2+ years of medical device assembly.
2nd shift: $24-28, 2+ years of medical device assembly.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure activities comply with GMPs.Set up coating machines and operate them to coat, inspect, and fold balloon catheters.Prepare excipient and spray coating formulations.Test formulations and package sterile and non-sterile finished or semi-finished goods.Identify supplies that need to be replenished.Build components needed for top-level Work Orders.Complete cleaning activities as required.Operate machinery to produce medical devices that meet specifications.Follow manufacturing instructions and update relevant job documentation accurately for traceability.Prepare products for packing and sterilization.Inspect products using a microscope.Essential Skills1+ year of experience in the medical device manufacturing industry.Proficiency in English (medium level).Experience with microscope inspection preferred.Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.Familiarity with cleanroom gowning and de-gowning processes.Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer software packages.High School diploma or equivalent education.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with pharmaceutical/coating processes preferred for coating positions.Ability to communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to manufacturing supervisors and management.Ability to work in a team environment.Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily a clean room setting. Employees must be comfortable standing for the entire shift and working with chemicals. Two 30-minute breaks are provided—one off-the-clock lunch break and one on-the-clock break. The role requires adherence to cleanroom gowning and de-gowning processes.
