**_Position: Medical Device Assembly Specialist_**
**Job Description:**
+ Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and electrical/electronic systems.
+ Create subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units using various tools.
+ Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet tolerances and product requirements.
+ Repair units or products that fail to meet requirements.
+ Follow defined procedures and tasks with decision-making guidelines.
+ Perform routine and manual tasks as per instructions.
**Essential Skills:**
+ Production experience
+ Assembly skills
+ Experience with microscopes and cleanroom environments
+ Proficiency with hand tools
+ Knowledge of catheters and blueprint reading
+ Medical device assembly
+ General production knowledge
+ Inspection skills
+ Hand dexterity
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
+ 1 year of recent production experience
+ Hand assembly experience is a plus

+ Contract position based in Salt Lake City, Utah
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50
