Job Description
An employer is seeking a Medical Device Project Manager for their New Product Development team in Blue Ash, OH. This will be a long-term opportunity and a unique chance to convert full time with a leader in the Medical Device space. The day-to-day responsibilities for this role will include developing and owning the cross-functional timeline for new product development projects, including: design, verification, validation, product and software development, prototyping, quality and regulatory documentation. The Project Manager will work with to identify critical paths and roadblocks within the project and assist in identifying appropriate project strategies to improve delivery as appropriate. The Project Manager will assist with all NPD responsibilities including managing risk, budget and scheduling up until product launch for this part of the organization. They will not have any direct reports in this role, but they will be responsible for dotted line senior engineers and keeping them on project budget/schedule.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
6+ years of medical device engineering experience
5+ years in the NPD, NPI R&D space of medical device
MS Project or Smart Sheets experience for scheduling
5+ years of risk mitigation, cross functional leadership and presentation skills Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and frameworks
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) null
