Our client, in the pharmaceutical space, is looking to add a Medical Digital Marketing Strategist to their team. This person will work directly with medical directors to turn their insights into digital assets and marketing materials. This is year-long contract role and would be remote working EST hours.
This person will be involved in the development and execution of omnichannel and digital tactics for the Medical Affairs team. This role involves close collaboration with various team members including Medical Directors, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Information Technology. The candidate will play a crucial role in helping educate health care professionals through digital channels and measuring impact based on efforts. They will report into the Director of Medical Digital Strategy & Transformation.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Project management and delivery of current digital initiativesDevelops systems, procedures & processes to optimize Medical Affairs omnichannel engagement including utilization of data to analyze and measure the effectiveness of medical omnichannel engagement effortsMaintain awareness of competitive digital landscape and digital opinion leaders, including social media listening and evaluation of trends that can be used to drive tactics and best practicesUpdate nephrology content on medical website, including management of review process and execution of contentUnderstand health care professional educational needs and requirements and help segment based on those needsIdentify and operationalize innovative ways to drive healthcare professional's awareness, adoption, and utilization of digital initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional partners, including Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Information Technology, to identify opportunities for coordination and collaborationEnsure all omnichannel and digital initiatives adhere to governance, legal, compliance, and regulatory standardsOversee external vendors who support omnichannel and digital tacticsOther projects as assigned
Education, Registration & Certification:
Bachelor's degree requiredMBA or other advanced degree is a plus
Experience:
3+ years of biotech/pharma medical affairs or marketing experienceExperience in US launches and rare diseases is preferred
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Strong technical marketing skills preferred - depth in multi-channel and omnichannel marketingAbility to prioritize workload and accurately forecast timeframes for projected completionAsks appropriate questions to ensure that expected outcomes are achievedMust be well organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, managing through ambiguityAn entrepreneurial spirit coupled with the drive to embrace innovation and develop creative but well-reasoned solutions to business challengesDemonstrated integrity on the job, including an understanding of relevant rules and regulationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills 1408853LMM_1740616080 To Apply for this Job Click Here
