Insight Global is seeking a Medical Director to lead a dedicated team at a well-established veterinary hospital in Corona, CA. This clinic is known for its commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to pets and building lasting relationships with the community. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, mentor veterinary professionals, and oversee hospital operations to ensure the highest standards of care.
The Medical Director will play a key role in guiding the hospitals day-to-day functions and long-term strategy. This includes overseeing financial management, client services, and team development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be adept at strategic planning, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. This role also involves performing veterinarian duties, such as conducting physical exams, performing surgeries, and providing client education to support optimal patient outcomes.

Skills and Requirements
DVM degree or equivalent from an accredited veterinary program
Valid veterinary license in the state of California
3+ years of working experience
Ability to perform surgeries and general medical procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dedication to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care Advanced surgical skills
Experience mentoring and developing veterinary staff
Proficiency in strategic planning and business development
Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to foster a positive work environment null
