Cole Park Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinarian to serve as Medical Director of our integrative hospital. Medical Director Responsibilities

Provide strategic medical leadership and oversight for all veterinary operations at Cole ParkEstablish and maintain medical protocols and quality care standardsMentor and develop associate veterinarians and support staffMonitor doctor performance and productionOversee surgical and medical cases, ensuring positive outcomes and excellent client communicationDrive revenue growth while managing hospital expensesParticipate in recruiting and interviewing process for doctors and key staff membersCollaborate with practice management on business initiatives and hospital growthSupport inventory management and cost control measuresMaintain strong relationships with clients and the community
