VCA Devotion Animal Hospital in Santa Rosa, California is seeking a highly experienced Veterinarian to lead our talented DVM team as Medical Director.

Come join a fantastic, long-term cohesive team who are not only enthusiastic and friendly, but focused on patient care and client services.  Our hospital has multiple fear-free certified employees and strives to create an environment that supports the culture of fear free. The practice has multiple pieces of specialty equipment including: rigid endoscopy, manual ventilation, oxygen cage, TPLO equipment and stem cell. Our facility also has state of the art ultrasound and digital radiology. The office is open Sunday through Friday and offers a flexible 4 day/ 10 hour per day schedule.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated veterinarian to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital like a practice owner. Plus, you'll have the solid backing of experts in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Payroll, and more, to help you succeed. 

Located an hour south of San Francisco in the heart of wine country, Santa Rosa is 45 minutes east of the beautiful California coastline. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $150K - $180K. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
