VCA Shaker Road Animal Hospital located in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts is looking for a Medical Director who enjoys practicing advanced medicine with a cohesive team.

The role demands a leader with the interpersonal and organizational skills to continue achieving our goals of delivering excellent patient care and customer service to both our clients and referring veterinarians. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated veterinarian to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital like a practice owner. Plus, you'll have the solid backing of experts in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Payroll, and more, to help you succeed. 

We are an established and fully renovated practice serving the East Longmeadow community for over 30 years! Our goal at VCA Shaker Road is to treat every pet with compassion. We strive to instill trust in our clients, to further educate them with respect to their pet's health, and assure them that their pets are receiving the very best in quality veterinary care. We pride ourselves in keeping our practice current with continuing education and providing personal service to all of our clients. 

This is a full-time position offers a great work life balance, as the hospital is currently open Monday through Friday, with no on call hours!
