Description: Reliable Medical Dispatcher will act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. The dispatcher will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles. Primary Responsibilities: + Dispatch orders for all services for All-Stat Portable, including monitoring technician/nurse routes, exam status, and exam priority status, to ensure the fastest turnaround times. + Intake orders from clients and customers via phone, professionally and respectfully + Enter all orders in medical tracking system and maintain logs and other information + Maintain communication with technicians/nurses and inform them of any pertinent order information, obstacles or requirement that is imperative for the successful completion of the exam. + Assist technicians/nurses with troubleshooting. + Address problems and requests by transmitting information, providing solutions, or notifying the appropriate person. + Provide field techs with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements + Make CD images and distribute appropriately + Grant online access to outside medical professionals + Correct and modify issues with exams or order information Requirements: + Excellent communication skills both verbal and written + Great organizational skills, and able to prioritize and delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively + Great interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external managers, clients and associates + Experience in upholding performance and quality standards + High school diploma or higher education + Previous Medical Dispatch or customer service experience + Flexible schedule and hours Benefits: + Generous Medical, Dental and Benefits Package + PTO + Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance + Overtime Opportunities Powered by JazzHR
