Description:

Reliable Medical Dispatcher will act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. The dispatcher will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles.

Primary Responsibilities:

Dispatch orders for all services for All-Stat Portable, including monitoring technician/nurse routes, exam status, and exam priority status, to ensure the fastest turnaround times.Intake orders from clients and customers via phone, professionally and respectfullyEnter all orders in medical tracking system and maintain logs and other informationMaintain communication with technicians/nurses and inform them of any pertinent order information, obstacles or requirement that is imperative for the successful completion of the exam.Assist technicians/nurses with troubleshooting.Address problems and requests by transmitting information, providing solutions, or notifying the appropriate person.Provide field techs with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirementsMake CD images and distribute appropriatelyGrant online access to outside medical professionalsCorrect and modify issues with exams or order information

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenGreat organizational skills, and able to prioritize and delegate tasks and responsibilities effectivelyGreat interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external managers, clients and associatesExperience in upholding performance and quality standardsHigh school diploma or higher educationPrevious Medical Dispatch or customer service experienceFlexible schedule and hours
