Medical Education Coordinator - Onsite

The Medical Education Coordinator performs administrative functions within medical education to support a quality learning environment. Working under moderate supervision, this role coordinates multiple competing demands while prioritizing work effectively to support leadership, faculty, and learners.
Provides specialized administrative support within medical education.
Assists in the development and implementation of systems to ensure consistency and quality in such areas as onboarding, rotation assignments, orientations, evaluations, and scheduling.
Communicates with medical education learners and others to support an excellent learning environment.
Assists leadership and other stakeholders in continuous quality improvement, including preparation of data, to help identify and solve for opportunities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:Required: Associate's Degree
EXPERIENCE:Required: 2 years
