Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Initial Outfitting & Transition (IO&T) representative to serve as an expert in planning and executing IO&T projects and programs. This role focuses on transition, furniture, furnishings, medical equipment, casework, artwork, signage (FFE), and facility-related control systems (LVS). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities 1. Expertise and Advisory:  Serve as the DHAFE expert for IO&T projects.  Assist and advise government personnel in creating criteria, standards, tools, and templates for military medical facilities. 2. Project Management:  Lead requirement planning efforts.  Assist the Integrated Project Team (IPT)/Project Delivery Team (PDT) in managing IO&T scope, schedule, quality, and budget.  Provide IO and Transition Quality Oversight to ensure compliance with requirements. 3. Documentation and Compliance:  Develop and oversee IO&T Requirement Documents, including legal, performance-oriented, and design-oriented documents.  Ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and related publications issued by the government. 4. Advisory Role:  Advise on integrated project schedules, transition/move planning, excessing FFE-LVS, interim facilities, storage, security provisions, delivery/installation, testing, certifications, cleaning, staff orientation, inspections, acceptance protocols, DMLSS protocols, O&M manuals, and public relations planning. Skills and Requirements 7+ of experience in healthcare FFE-LVS and transition planning services.  Well-versed in healthcare infrastructure, operations, and transition activities.  Experience with space equipment softwares  Experience in managing planning efforts related to Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment and Low Voltage Systems (FFE-LVS) requirement documents, budgetary and procurement preparation, and execution of procurement, delivery, installation, and training.  Experience in transition planning and relocation services for new construction and multi-phased healthcare projects  Experience in health facility planning, space planning, programming, design, construction, initial outfitting, and transition management.
