Description Robert Half's client in MA is looking for two Medical File Clerks to support their office on a temporary to permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Document management - Attention to detail - Organizing files - Preparing packets - Spreadsheet management - Working with confidential information When: January 2025 Duration: 6-months + with potential to go permanent Where: REMOTE Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Pay: $18+ (depending on experience) If interested, apply to this role today! Requirements • Proficiency in EHR System is necessary for managing electronic health records efficiently. • Familiarity with Epic Software is required for the seamless execution of healthcare-related tasks. • Ability to answer inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner. • Auditing skills are essential for maintaining the accuracy of medical records and files. • Proficiency in creating charts and graphs for data representation and analysis. • Experience in claim administration to handle insurance claims and related processes. • Excellent document management skills to maintain, organize, and update medical files systematically. • Ability to handle sensitive customer information files with confidentiality and discretion.
