Medical Forensic Care Program Manager
The Medical Forensic Care Program Manager provides administrative coordination of Cheshire Medical Center’s Medical Forensic Care team, with focus on ensuring accessible, private, trauma-informed medical forensic examinations and victim advocacy, and operational team leadership towards a sustainable and scalable program. The position is devoted to the Compassionate Care Project. Encourage collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups in order to identify, assess, and appropriately respond to victims of all forms of violence and stalking. Attend monthly Sexual Assault Resource Team and Advisory Board Subcommittee meetings to build and maintain interdisciplinary relationships with stakeholders. Provide a regular report to the Team on program metrics including, but not limited to, victim demographics, utilization, quality and timing of personnel response, and patient experience feedback. Receive feedback on gaps in care and opportunities for improvement, and coordinate with suggestions from the Subcommittee on quality improvement projects, training, and community outreach. Establish and expand victim services. Specifically, develop a strategic plan for the expansion of medical forensic care team services to serve a larger population of victims (in particular, pre-pubescent children and older adults) and offer additional services (such as acute and chronic pre-pubescent pediatric examinations)—in collaboration with Cheshire Medical Center’s leadership. Bachelor’s degree with hospital administration and project management focus. 3-5 years’ experience in grant and project management; 1-2 years’ experience working directly with victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and/or stalking, or demonstrated experience with survivor-centered, trauma-informed practices in social service or clinical contexts * Area of Interest:Administrative/Clerical; * Work Status:Some evening and weekends may be required for community programming. ; * Employment Type:Part-time 20 hours/week; * Job ID:15435 Dartmouth Health is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
