Job Description: Accurately depict scientific research discoveries using visualization methods.Produce biomedical visualizations, medical illustrations, animations, and graphic designs for publication in scientific journals, professional videos, and multi-media platforms.Collaborate with subject matter experts and other visual information specialists to translate broad scientific concepts into details required to design, produce, reproduce, and or display original visual products or materials.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in science or medical fieldMaster’s degree in Biomedical Visualization or Medical Illustration is desirableExperience with biomedical visualizationDemonstrate superior command of Adobe After Effects and Maxon Cinema 4D animation softwareExhibit strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud software suiteFamiliarity with best practices in medical/scientific ethicsExcellent communication skillsWillingness to learn photography skillsStrong analytic skillsAdaptive to changes in workflow and works effectively in a fast-paced environmentReliable and efficientIndependent thinker
