They are in search of a **Medical Lab Scientist** to be a part of their team in **Spokane, WA!** **Pay Rate:** $22/hr - $36/hr **Contract Opportunity** **Responsibilities:** + Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria. + Perform routine and complex technical procedures + Identify and replenish testing bench supplies as necessary. + Assist with processing of specimens when needed. + Conduct and document preventive maintenance and quality control. + Operate and troubleshoot lab equipment, following SOPs + Delivering accurate test results to supporting patient services. **Requirements:** + Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology. + Minimum 0-2 years of clinical laboratory testing experience. + Previous training as a Medical Technician + ASCP or AMT certification required + Strong attention to detail and team oriented + Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen.
