What to Expect 

Schedule: Nights 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM (e/o W/E) --13% shift differential Mon-Fri and 21% shift differential Sat/Sun

                   Training: Days 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (6 weeks paid)

 As a Med Lab Scientist, you’ll get to:  

 Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations. Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success. Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, medical technology or clinical laboratory science required. Certification as a Medical Technologist/MLS/BB from an accredited agency or CLIA equivalent for high complexity testing required. Minimum two years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
