**Direct Hire** **Pay rate range DOE:** $60-80K **Multiple shifts available** Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking candidates for several Medical Lab Scientist positions at a diagnostic lab in the NW Dallas area. As a part of the laboratory operations team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity while meeting the needs of the company’s patients. **Job Responsibilities:** + Specimen handling, processing, testing, and reporting of patient results following approved laboratory procedures + Review and release test results accurately and efficiently + Follow established laboratory policies when test systems fall outside acceptable performance levels + Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting test performance or result reporting + Communicate issues to senior technologists or supervisors as necessary + Adhere to CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines + Maintain records demonstrating proficiency testing for patient specimens **Qualifications:** + BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or related discipline + BS in Medical Technology preferred + 1 year of clinical experience **Available Shifts:** + **Wednesday-Sunday** 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM + **Tuesday-Saturday** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + **Sunday-Thursday** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + **Sunday-Thursday** 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM + **Tuesday-Friday** 11:00 PM – 9:30 AM + Training will be on days, then transition to shift after completing training These are Direct Hire positions with pay commensurate upon applicable education and experience.
