Position Requirements:
Must be a U.S. CitizenBachelor's degree Graduate from a medical technology programCurrent certification or equivalent as a Medical Technologist by the American Medical Technologists or American Society of Clinical PathologistsPossess a minimum of two years of experience within the last three years as a Medical Laboratory Technologist
Position Responsibilities:
Perform a full range of automated and non-automated laboratory procedures in the area of chemistry, urinalysis, hematology, serology, and bacteriologyDetermine the suitability of specimens for analysisPrepare reagents and primary reference materials as necessaryRecognize and react to indicators of malfunctionConduct quality control procedures on equipment
