We’re seeking a qualified Associate Scientist to join our team and contribute to advancing R&D and clinical programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform laboratory tests for Research Use Only ("RUO")/ Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments ("CLIA") high complexity testing.
+ Conduct QA/QC on test results and analyses.
+ Maintain reagents and supplies inventory.
+ Assist in the development of biomarkers for neurodegenerative diseases.
+ Accurately record and report results in paper or electronic formats.
+ Develop and revise SOPs, ensuring compliance with safety policies.
+ Support project scientists and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Biology, or related field with 3+ years of research/clinical lab experience
+ OR a degree in Medical Technology (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) with 1+ year of clinical lab experience.
+ Experience with human biological specimens (e.g., blood) and biosafety procedures.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
+ Familiarity with immunoassays, liquid chromatography, or mass spectrometry is a plus.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and database entry. **Job Details:**
