Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician Responsibilities + Perform clinical testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, or Microbiology. + Receive specimens and perform clinical testing. + Understand method principles and perform quality controls. + Maintain instruments and interpret results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits. Essential Skills + MLT + ASCP + AMT + Microbiology + Biology + Hematology + Bachelor's Degree + Experience in Microbiology + Eligibility for AMT or ASCP certification within the year Additional Skills & Qualifications + Accurate performance and collection of tests while maintaining patient confidentiality. + Reasoning ability and good independent judgment. + Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. + Strong communication skills. + Willingness to work different shifts, weekends, and/or holidays. + Ability to work under stress and contribute to the team environment.
