Summary of Job Duties:The Medical Laboratory Scientist I - Hematology performs laboratory tests and analyses in the Hematology department to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This entry-level position is responsible for conducting routine and complex hematology tests, preparing specimens, operating laboratory equipment, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of test results. The role requires a strong understanding of hematology principles, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established protocols and procedures.
