Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Lab Tech to to work full time night shifts in the clinical lab.

Sign on Bonus up to $20,000 for qualified candidates!

Job duty is to perform laboratory tests; interpret test results; document and report test results; maintain equipment, instruments, and tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree Medical Laboratory Science or in chemical, physical or bio logical science OR Associates degree in medical technology

- ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification OR be eligible for certification

Sentara Leigh Hospital is a Magnet Status, 250-bed facility featuring all patient-friendly private rooms and specializing in orthopedic, gynecological and urological services.  Sentara Leigh offers a contemporary care environment for general medical/surgical and ambulatory services and is home to the orthopedic hospital, which has 48 beds dedicated to specialized orthopedic care.  The hospital offers a full-service Emergency Room with a dedicated observation unit, Critical Care, GI, and Oncology services.  It also encompasses a Family Maternity Center.
