The position is responsible for professional Medical Laboratory Scientist bench duties within the laboratory, for the assigned section(s). The position performs routine and complex tests or analyses in any of these potential sections (as assigned): Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Chemistry, Toxicology, Microbiology, Molecular, Mycology, Immunohematology, LIS and Lean. The position is responsible for technical Medical Laboratory Technician bench duties within the laboratory, for the assigned section(s). The position performs routine and complex tests in any of these potential sections (as assigned): Hematology, Coagulation, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Microbiology, Molecular, and Immunohematology. **Medical Laboratory Scientist** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree - in Medical Laboratory Science from an accredited college/university that included clinical rotation. Or + Bachelor's Degree- in a chemical, physical, or biological science AND completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Science program.
