Immunology Medical Affairs Learning Excellence Internship | May or June 2025 (3 months)

Johnson Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Immunology Medical Affairs Learning Excellence Intern located in Horsham, PA.

The internship is offered by the Learning Excellence group within the Immunology Medical Affairs division of Johnson Johnson Innovative Medicine. The Learning Excellence group supports the clinical and skill development of Immunology Medical Affairs in-house and field based medical teams, including Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs). The person in this role will design, develop, and implement new clinical and skill-based learning content and experiences to support Immunology teams across our broad portfolio of approved products for Psoriasis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. The Internship Program is focused on providing college students with practical, industrial scientific, business, and clinical experience in the context of the adult learning experience.


The Learning Excellence Intern will:Work collaboratively with Medical Affairs staff to support ongoing projectsWork with stakeholders to identify and understand training needs and evaluate appropriate learning modalities to meet those needsParticipate in learning metrics, after action reviews, and process improvement as it pertains to learning curricula continuous developmentAssist with activities associated with ongoing training to meet group business and strategy needs related to data releases, launch, and line extension timelinesParticipate in ongoing team projects, team meetings, and business planning activitiesFacilitate onboarding, learning, and workshops both virtually and in-personBe exposed to various other functions within the larger Medical Affairs/Commercial organizations (Immunology/Oncology)Immunology Medical Affairs Learning Excellence Internship | May or June 2025 (3 months)
