Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a fully cleared Medical Logistics Specialist who is seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting medical services for an Intelligence Community (IC) client in northern Virginia. In this role you will:
Support the client’s Medical domestic and global Logistics Program.Identify measures to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the program and facilitate and coordinate activities in support of the program.Facilitate, develop, participate in briefings and discussions on current medical logistics, and evaluate the need for new or revised plans to meet current domestic and field requirements.Prepare pre-briefings for, or accompany customer to, Senior Management Executive level discussions or briefings as a subject matter expert in medical logistics.Develop and maintain liaison relationships with local, state and federal emergency response partners to enhance the medical logistics program and enable customer Senior Management to make informed decisions on the procurement of appropriate medical supplies, protective gear, and equipment.Develop and implement a standardized items of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and bio-medical equipment for domestic and field locations; development and implementation of a list of established vendors for the standardized procurement of pharmaceuticals, consumables, and medical equipment;Develop and implement an established approved vendors for the procurement and maintenance of biomedical equipment for both domestic and field sites;Work directly with vendors and customers to obtain quotes and ascertain medical needs for customer staff to include traveling to CONUS locations;Review and develop staging of medical supplies and equipment for the field for quick shipment; implementation and maintenance of rapid deployment kits; review and development of warehouse and inventory management; and other medical logistics tasks as directed.Required Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearanceBachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in medical logistics, including procurement and distribution of medical supplies, or 8+ years of experience in medical logistics/procurement/distribution in lieu of degree1+ year of experience with inventory management systemsKnowledge of regulatory requirements for medical product transportationStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsDesired Experience, Skills, and Education:

Pay Range:Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
